Steakhouse III Forks has announced a surprise move to Frisco after a landlord dispute left the restaurant locked out of its longtime location in North Dallas. The restaurant, which spent 23 years at North Dallas Parkway, has taken over the space in Frisco formerly occupied by Silver Fox.
Both restaurant chains are owned by Dallas-based Consolidated Restaurant Operations. For now, though the Frisco location is open, the owners of III Forks are still working to transfer reservations from North Dallas and install signage to complete the transformation. Good food. Nice atmosphere!! She has short blond hair. Dining with my friends was a beautiful thing!!! I was surprised by the size of the crowd here on a Sunday evening at 6 PM, which is a testament to how good this place is. We had a couple of lovely cocktails and our waiter, John, recommended a great bottle of wine. Shrimp cocktail, onion rings, steaks and a burger were all outstanding.
Perfectly cooked and presented. Yes it's expensive, but for a special occasion you can't go wrong here. We love III Forks!!! The filet mignon paired with the Love Potion cocktail is always done consistently well and the service is solid.
Highly recommended. Had the filet and lobster bisque. Everything tasty and done to right temperature - but every dish was a bit salty. I am all for seasoning, but it was a bit much. Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was delicious. My filet was soft as butter. The dessert was heavenly both the chocolate ganache cake and the cheesecake. The dining experience of a lifetime The food the service was extraordinary.
The Caesar salad we started with Was crisp and beautifully dressed. Enjoyed celebrating my parents 65th anniversary. Everything from the service to the food was excellent! The staff absolutely made my parents feel special. Will definitely come back! We had a wonderful meal. The blackened red fish was outstanding.
My wife enjoyed the bacon wrapped filet. Our waitress was outstanding - she took care of our needs. My husband and I try a few higher end steak houses every year We had our anniversary as an excuse to finally try III Forks and we were not disappointed. It started off with a great deink3 Fashionably Late.
Then onto the warm soft bread and sea saltes butter Amazing Lobster Bisque So impressed. And to top it all off we had an amazing Server, Brent, who was so personable and really made our night so special. He made this night an experience and it was appreciated. Thank you Brent! We will definitely be back! And we will be asking for you if you're there! He picked us out the Texas Pecan cake tonight for dessert Not overly sweet, moist, and light.
Moral of the story This was the best steak I have ever had and the 3 fork salad was amazing. We will request him whenever we are dining there. Great idea for a very nice dinner for anniversary or birthday which was our case. Delicious steaks and the waiter even talked my son through all the different types, flavoring, wellness recommendations, and paired us with wines. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the cake was absolutely amazing! If you are going to splurge on a meal make sure you do it at III Forks at least once!
Desmond in particular treats us like royalty!!! If you want a great evening for a date, a small group or even a business event- this is THE place to go!!! It is still the best steak in America and everywhere else I have eaten around the world.
The appetizers were ok I would not reorder. The main course for all attendees were magnificent. The steaks, the burger, the salmon and the fish special were outstanding.
I would recommend III Forks to anyone looking for great tasting and perfectly prepared steak. We left very pleased with our first visit. Steak was awesome and the service and ambiance matched. Great experience again. First time to the new restaurant from the original location. Love the decor and the ambience. But the tables were packed together. The back room was an echo chamber - hard to have an intimate dinner with the volume level.
Food was amazing as always. III Forks never disappoints. We want to hear from North Texans. Backlash over books about race, gender hits Texas schools. Kennedy kin and JFK assassination buffs irked as Biden prolongs 58 years of secrecy, citing pandemic. Do you work at the Dallas County jail?
