Coaches and motivates wardrobe Team Members to promote safe and efficient wardrobe operations while also exceeding guest expectations of courtesy and cleanliness. Provides work direction, counseling, coaching and performance reviews to hourly Team Members. Performs proper and timely administration of daily payroll. Performs other duties as assigned.

Provide support to teaching artists regarding dance wear distribution, classroom management, program delivery, effective site communication, administrative and logistical support. Assist with communicating lesson schedules to teaching artists.
Generate timely and effective internal and external communications. Supervise communication to program sites, artists, consultants, parents, teachers, and students. Schedule, coordinate, and communicate with families of Bridge Scholarship Program. Maintain documentation, application distribution, and aid with application process if needed.
Reserve rooms, send invitations and track responses. Follow and support all operational policies and procedures. Assimilate into the HOBC culture through understanding, supporting, and demonstrating core values. Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with other HOBC departments, colleagues, and education partners. General Requirements: Must have at least two years of administrative experience. Preference for candidates working in performing arts administration.
Must be able to effectively operate office equipment ex. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
Always maintain HOBC standards of customer service. Able to effectively communicate in English in both written and oral forms. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize duties, activities, and event schedules with high attention to detail. Must be able to exercise good judgment and maintain confidential information.
