Staff was friendly and polite and food came quickly. Shells and Sauce serve authentic Italian- American fusion food. It brings the healthy balance of Old Country taste and the cozy neighborhood flavors.

There is a diverse range of dishes to choose from. Furthermore, they offer an extensive winelist perfect for everything on the menu. There is an enclosed second-floor dining room surrounded b windows. It offers a scenic view of the Congress Park neighborhood while enjoying its offerings.

Their Italian favorites include traditional parmigiana, would mushroom marsala and grilled hand-cut salmon. Moreover, they serve penne, spaghetti, carbonara, and bolognese. There are also housemade desserts like tiramisu, flourless chocolate cake, and many more.

Dinner is phenomenal, service is superb. Please bring back the best brunch in Denver!! Odyssey Italian Restaurant was founded in and offers a Victorian-style home serving the most authentic Italian dishes. Furthermore, they serve a selection of pasta like fettuccine, bolognese, penne, and spaghetti. Their featured dishes are bone-in-lamb shank, shrimp saffron, and Diavolo. Moreover, they serve Sicilian favorites like veal marsala, chicken saltimbocca, and veal Braciole.

There are also ravioli dishes like portabello mushroom with creamy wine and spinach with marinara. This was a great little spot that we accidentally found and was the highlight of our trip!
