Lisa Green is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with children, adolescents and their families, and has 20 years of experience working with families in the process of divorce.

Vanessa Fremont is a licensed independent social worker who specializes in adult mental health issues, and has 10 years experience working with families in transition focusing on the best interests of the children. Both Lisa and Vanessa have completed the required divorce mediation and collaborative law training as well as specialized mediation training through the Ohio Supreme Court.
