I traveled with my 2 dogs and 1 cat. The entire staff was kind, hospitable and warm. I stayed in the same room for the duration. The bed was comfortable, the room was impeccable and the housekeeping staff was beyond generous when cleaning - no detail was left unfinished! The location is easy to get to and easy to travel from.

The valet team was on point - courteous, kind and even would call me asking me when I was going to leave so they could make accommodations in the garage for me. Staying here made my trip to Austin so much lighter and more bearable. The hotel doesn't have room service but they will let you carry your drinks and food to your room.
