They'll make promises and won't follow through. There's no raises. If you're lucky enough for them to even entertain the thought they'll offer a bonus structure that shouldn't even be called a bonus. It requires a ton of extra work for pennies on the dollar.

The problem with the company is the owner, he is shady and this is purely a hobby for him in between jet setting to various places. It doesn't matter how you perform, it's all about who they like. The managers are unprofessional and are quick to point the finger at a sales rep or anyone else to keep the spot light off of themselves.

I do not recommend working for this company. No vacation or sick days, they'll tell you that you can take off as many days as you like with in reason but they make a big deal of taking a day. The only perk of this job is the free phone that they monitor and the vehicle with company card. Go work for a real company with structure and a since of professionalism. Their thought process is that they can replace anyone which is why there is so much turn over among sales reps. The reoccurring statement is always that you feel the need to constantly look over your shoulder and nothing is ever good enough.

If you decide to work for a company like this be prepared to be stuck with the same money you are offered when you start and to constantly feel like you aren't performing.
