California Base company That cares less about people. That bought ATDF the subsidiary of Sematech, and gutted it of most of the employees that knew what they were doing and the equipment. Then hired them back through temp agencies so they did have to pay out benefits. Pros it is a job. Cons to many to list here. High level of complexity and customer support.

Very poor recognition and incentives. Good for entry level type of work with low income requirements. Pros job, wide variety experience on tools, profit sharing.
