Our front patio is open on a first come, first served basis when weather allows no reservations taken in advance for outdoor seating.

We are welcoming indoor dining guests in our first floor main dining room upstairs is reserved for private events only , with tables spaced widely apart from each other and with frequent sanitization of all surfaces, common spaces, restrooms, and dining ware.

A mask is required for entrance to the restaurant, and when using the restroom. Please be respectful of other guests and give plenty of distance between yourself, other guests, and our staff. One block away from the Library of Congress and two blocks from the U.

Sonoma is one of Washington DC's premier private event locations and offers private event space for parties ranging from 5 to guests for personal celebrations, fundraisers, corporate receptions, and more. We are currently offering time slots for lunch, dinner, and reception events on Monday-Saturday from 11ampm. We are not opening for breakfast events at this time. In the wake of the COVID pandemic, Sonoma is dedicated to the health and safety of our guests and staff above all else.
